A clubhouse built for a private car collector to host car rallies and charity events. The structure was designed and constructed to resemble a classic Pennsylvania barn but provide modern amenities including a commercial kitchen, lounge, meeting space, offices, rest room facilities, great room and full basement storage. The existing drive-in movie screen on the site was restored and a new projector installed so movies could be watched from the great room or your car.
The project also consisted of a 6,700 SF maintenance and storage building to serve the site.
