BSEG (Building Systems Engineering Group) was established in 2007 by partners Ahmad Mahmud, Dave Pollock and Rob Siglin. We understand that each project is our client’s investment. We do not prescribe to the common philosophy in our industry of “we’ve always done it this way.”
Through active listening, BSEG personnel are able to understand the client’s needs. With the understanding of these needs, we are able to provide our services to assure the client achieves a return on their investment, both in the short-term and the long-term.
Whether it is an office building, multi-use complex, health care facility, airport, or retail store the MEP systems are the vital organs that bring the building to life. The role of BSEG is to design systems that integrate the building’s form and function, as well as apply technology for the project’s needs. We strive to address the project’s current challenges, while considering the needs of the future.
