A four-story mixed-use building consisting of 60 senior apartments over a senior center, Manna On Main community food pantry and community space connected to the North Penn YMCA. The project was PHFA funded and required Energy Star 3.0 compliance. In addition, the project was designed to obtain LEED Multifamily Midrise certification.
