The new construction of a seven-story, 124-room boutique hotel incorporating Residence Inn Marriott Brand standard. The hotel features a café, a dining area, hearth room, corporate meeting rooms, fitness center and an indoor pool. The hotel also includes the hotel owner’s corporate headquarters on the upper level. The facility was constructed on the former Pencoyd Iron Works site, incorporating materials and structural elements from the original foundry buildings.
